Return & Exchange Policy

Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure that any issues you encounter are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
1. RETURN PERIOD:
You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please ensure that all items are in their original condition and packaging, unopened, to be eligible for a return. Items not in their resellable condition will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
2. FAULTY PRODUCTS:
If your product is defective, please reach out to us immediately at 03164809760 or chkout.pk@gmail.com. Faulty items must be reported and returned within 15 days of receipt, in their original packaging, along with all accessories.
3. EXCHANGES:
We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If you’d like to exchange your product for a different color, size, or item, kindly fill out the exchange form. Upon receipt of your request, we will arrange for a courier to exchange the products. Please ensure the item to be exchanged is ready for pickup in its original condition.
4. REFUNDS:
Refunds will be processed within 2-4 working days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). All refunds will be made via bank transfer. Please note that refund timings can vary due to bank processing times, which are beyond our control.
5. RETURN SHIPPING:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. CHKOUT.PK is not liable for items lost in transit.
6. NON-REFUNDABLE DELIVERY CHARGES:
Delivery charges are non-refundable if the return or exchange is due to a change of mind or an error on the customer's part. Shipping costs will be refunded only in cases where the error is on the part of CHKOUT, such as receiving a faulty product or a packing mistake.
7. INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
To start the return or exchange process, please fill out the provided form with all necessary details accurately. This will help us process your request efficiently.
Upon submission, our customer support team will review your request and contact you to confirm and discuss the next steps. Please ensure the product is ready for return or exchange, in its original condition.
